Situated in Sarapiquí, 1 km from La Selva Biological Station main area, the lodge has a garden and a shared lounge at the dining hall, as well as free WiFi. We loved everything .We stayed here 5 years ago so returned with friends, this time. We were all very impressed with the professional staff and their friendliness and willingness to help us out.The morning nature tour was magnificent, saw plenty of wildlife and our guide Talvo was informed and so helpful and knowledgeable and had a lovely persona.Accomodation was very good, housekeeping changed sheets after 2 nights, plenty of towels and a good shower. We ate in the canteen for all meals except one.We went out to the local town one night for dinner and was very disappointed. Meals were excellent in the canteen and good value.La Selva is a very special place and if you are interested in wildlife put this on your itinerary, you won't be disappointed

Situated in Heredia, 10 km from Juan Santamaria International Airport, Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Farm and Inn features accommodation with a farm to table restaurant, spring-fed hillside infinity... This place was amazing. The workers were very friendly and attentive, and the resort itself is beautiful. They also do an amazing job with the landscaping, so you feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and we loved the coffee hour and banana bread! We also did the coffee farm tour, which was amazing! The tour guide was so knowledgeable and talked a lot about their sustainable farming practices.
